Pool Policies and General Information

Pool Hours

June 12 - August 30 - 12-8pm

Sign-in Policy

Members must show their tags and be signed in by the person at the front desk before entering the pool.

Guest Pass Policy

Only primary members and associate members over age 18 may purchase guest passes. The cost for Guest Passes are as follows:

10 visits - $60.00
5 visits - $40.00
1 visit - $10.00

Guests over age 4 must use a pass.

Pool Rentals

DAY TIME PARTY RENTAL
Day time party rental fees is for 3 hours somewhere between the hours of 12 noon and closing...Please check our pool hours to determine when closing will be on the day of your party. This includes usage of the kitchen and 1/2 of the pavillion.

Members: $6 per person for each person that is not a member entering the gate, whether or not they are swimming. This fee is good for parties under 35 people. Parties over 35 people but less than 50 people will be offered a flat rate of $200.

Non-members: A flat rate of $300 for guests up to 50 people.

EVENING POOL RENTAL
The pool is available for rental from 8pm to 12am.

Fees
Members: $300 (includes 2 guards)
Non-members: $400 ($100 non-refundable deposit is due upon scheduling (includes 2 guards)

Additional guards are needed for parties with more than 50 guests. Each additional guard is $50.

50-75 people - need 3 guards
75 and over - need 4 guards

Swim Team

The Crestmoor Crocodiles are looking for new team members. Call Diane Pedicone at 633-1246 for details.

Youth Members

Youth members under age 13 are allowed to use the pool until 7:00pm - after 7:00 pm these youth must be accompanied by either a parent or responsible member over the age of 18.
Youth members under age 10 and deemed water safe must be accompanied by a responsible person age14 or older.
Any youth member who repeatedly breaks pool rules may be asked to leave the pool by an on duty guard.

August Membership

Family membership for the month of August is a one time trial membership. Family dues are $150.00 for the month of August.

Membership Dues

Members are defined as any person living in the primary member's home for at least the duration of the summer.
Members are required to pay minimum yearly dues whether or not the pool facilities are used for that year. Dues are to be paid in full by May 1, 2009 or a late fee of $25.00 will be applied.
All dues received after May 1st will be considered late, and will be subject to a $25.00 late fee. Tags will not be issued until this fee is satisfied.
If you purchased your membership prior to the 2006 pool season, dues must be kept current to receive a full bond refund upon termination of membership. A request for a bond sale must be received by May 1, to avoid payment of yearly minimum dues.
Failure to pay the minimum dues will cause the pool fee to be devalued. Failure to pay the minimum dues for two (2) consecutive years will result in forfeiture of the bond.
A request to sell a bond must be submited in writing (send request with name, address and phone number to PO Box 3144, Wilmington, DE 19804). The bond will be placed on a list to sell, and as bonds are issued to new members, replacing leaving members, bond money will be refunded.
